Refund policy

Refunds will be given at the discretion of the Wildlife Heritage Foundation management where the purchaser notifies us by e-mail or post that they have made an error in the donation or purchasing process or goods are received in an unsatisfactory condition. In the case of experiences or goods the voucher or item concerned must be returned to WHF in good condition in similar packaging to that used by us.

Except where an error has been made by WHF we will deduct a £10 administration charge from any refunds made, in order to cover the cost of processing the refund and original payment.
