Manzi is one of three brothers born at Woburn Safari Park, were his father still reigns, hand reared by staff as his elderly mother was unable to suckle. Manzi and his brothers could not remain in a pride of lions which already had resident male lions, hence residing together at Wildlife Heritage Park.
